Bill made an awesome dinner tonight. He made steak on the grill served over an arugula salad with Parmesan, olive oil, and fresh lemon. Also, he grilled zucchini and portabella mushrooms (my favorite!) And then I made a tomato, mozzarella and basil salad drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper. I wish I took a picture because everything looked just as good as it tasted.
Tomorrow is a huge day for me…and I really can’t wait for it to begin.
