Goals

Pre-Marathon Get in Shape:
  1. Eat right
  2. Run 12-15 Miles per week
  3. Jump 2 times a week
  4. Yoga once a week
  5. weight circuits 2 times a week
  6. lose 10lbs by May before official training begins
January
  1. Workout six days a week
  2. Make things
  3. Study 1 hr each day
December
  1. Enjoy being with 5 years olds during the holidays :-)
  2. Write E & K 3 times
  3. Go to Church (before Christmas)
  4. 1 yoga class per week
  5. Make 5 presents
