Monday 11/29 – 50 Minute Intervals on Elliptical/Cross

30 Pushups and 175 crunches – per November Challenge

Tuesday 11/30 – hr Beginner kick boxing class

Wednesday 12/1 – 52 minutes elliptical cross training

Thursday 12/2 – 15 minute uphill warm up (6% incline) – 4.5 pace ; 10 minutes of sprints – 30 seconds at 7.0 – 1:30 at 4.5 still at 6 % incline; 10 minutes incline walking 5 minutes flat.

Friday 12/3 – 52 elliptical workout

Saturday 12/4 – Kickboxing!

Week of 8/29-9/4

Sunday: Moving, ’nuff said

Monday: Moving again…

Tuesday: moved.

Wednesday: 3 mile run
